Both Jan and Silke Wettergren were born and raised in Europe and emigrated to United States to complete their bachelor’s degrees. Their hard work is the foundation to Biscayne Bedding values and work ethics. We have built relationships with our customers and have earned their loyalty.

Jan Wettergren
CEO/ President
Jan earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Barry University. He has 30 years of experience in the mattress manufacturing industry, as Senior VP of Operations nationwide and Canada with some of the mayor S-Brands. He has built long lasting relationships and he is considered one of the best in the industry.
Silke Wettergren
Public Relations / Training
Silke earned her bachelor’s degree in Education at Barry University and her Master’s Degree in Education, Language and Culture at Iowa State University. She is Biscayne Bedding’s public relation specialist. She also offers Product and Sales training to new and existing customers.
Jim Dilling
Vice President of Sales
Jim Dilling’s career started in 1968 at Wolf Furniture in Pennsylvania. In 1986 he opened his own furniture retail store. In 1991, he moved to Tampa, Florida where he became a sales representative at Spring Air. He joined Biscayne Bedding family in 2011 where he currently serves as the VP of Sales.
Shirley Watson
Office manager
Shirley joined the Biscayne Bedding family in January 2014. She has over 10 years’ experience in the customer service field. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Joe Emrick

Dustin Fealy

Dustin has over 15 years’ experience in the industry. He has more than 5 years of retail sales management experience in positions as a Retail Sales Associate, Store Manager, Sales Trainer, District Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager.

Nick Mays has over 20 years of experience in the Mattress & furniture industry, including retail, wholesale and back-office support for some of the largest furniture manufacturers in the United States. His love for the industry and passion to help his business partners in the
retail environment has kept him in this industry.

Eric has been in the furniture and mattress business for over 30 years, working nearly every part of the furniture industry. He recognizes the value in trust with his retailers and strives to exceed customer expectations daily.
