Both Jan and Silke Wettergren have grown up in Europe and received Higher Education in the USA.
This has formed BB's values and work ethics and is the foundation for our way to manufacture our products and service our customers.
It has earned us loyal and strong customer relations and it makes us grow to bigger "business familiy" every day. As a local mattress manufacturer, we are committed to treat all our valued customers with integrity, respect, honesty and gratitude. Jan has 20+ years of experience in the mattress manufacturing industry, as SVP of Operations nationwide with some of the mayor S-Brands. He has built long lasting relationships in the industry through trust, loyalty, respect and accountability to vendors, co-workers and customers. His education is in economics and finance and he is considered one of the BEST in the industry.
He redifines what quality and work integrity entails. His philosopy of life and business has carried Biscayne Bedding to a fast road to success.
Silke has a Masters Degree in Education, Language and Culture and has joined the Industry in 2011.
She is responsible for Marketing, Public Relations and International relations. She also offers Product and Sales training to new and existing customers and approaches such form an educational point for you. She mostly handles international PR and specific custom orders for all industries.
Jim Dilling's Career started his career in 1968 with Wolf Furniture in Pa. In 1986 he opened his own Retail Furniture Store. After 5 years it was time for new goals and he became a Rep for American Bedding in Tampa Florida.
When his boss obtained a Spring Air license he covered the SW coast region for nearly 17 years.
His expertise and his devotion to both his customers and employers has made Jim Dilling an amazing asset to Biscayne Bedding since the new management in 2011.
His integrity, loyalty and honest concern makes Jim Dilling the perfect fit to work for Biscayne Bedding International where his impeccable reputation precedes him. He is excited and eager to service and form new business relations.

Joe comes to Biscayne with a vast knowledge of the furniture and bedding industry. Over the past 35+ years, he has sold on retail floors, been a store owner, worked in corporate offices for a multi store chain, and represented several large furniture and bedding manufacturers. In 1985 he went on the road as a Manufacturer's Representative in South Florida and is still meeting new people and forming lasting business relationships that are beneficial to both the manufacturer and retailer.
Joe is enjoying representing a supplier that places a high value on building a trouble free, solid product line of quality bedding. Please contact him for any bedding needs in East or Central Florida.
Shirley Watson joined the Biscayne Bedding family in January 2014.
She is our voice and right hand in the office. With more than 6 years of customer service experience, Shirley is devoted in building a strong bond between the Biscayne Bedding family and its loyal customers.
She is both fluent in English and Spanish and she enjoys a great rapport with our Spanish speaking customers and often serves as a translator. She is pleasant, effective and ecstatic to be a part of our rapidly growing company. She is eager to create memorable and lasting experiences with our team and our customers.
Proud to announce a new team player and partner for Biscayne Bedding International. Dustin is an Industry and Sales leader with an accomplished 15+ Year's in Sales Management, Marketing, Advertising, Retail Sales, Wholesale Sale, and Sales Training.
He has worked for and learned by National leaders in the advertising, Wholesale and Retail Bedding Industries and is now being a partner in growth for Biscayne Bedding International.
He has more than 5 years of retail sales management experience in positions as a Retail Sales Associate, Store Manager, Sales Trainer, District Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities include, sales, training, management of sales team(s), staffing and marketing.
